This is where your identity shifts. Through guided group hypnotherapy, you’ll access the subconscious layers where your beliefs live—and begin to rewire them. Secret...We manifest from our subconscious mind.

Your intuition isn’t something you need to find, it’s something you learn to trust. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to connect to your intuition and also learn about Tarot. Each women will receive an individual reading. You’ll begin to understand how your intuition speaks to you and gain confidence in following it.
This is your invitation to come back into your body. Through Goddess yoga and guided breathwork, you’ll release stored tension, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom and safety. It’s less about performance, and more about feeling.

Through herbal practices and intuitive connection, you’ll explore working with plants, teas, and simple rituals that bring magic into your everyday life. This is where the earth becomes part of your practice. Learn how to make tinctures, teas and work with herbs & essential oils.

Through exploring the town, visiting local witch shops and crystal stores, and connecting to the history, this experience adds depth and context to the work you’re doing. It’s both grounding and expansive—bridging past and present.

There is a reason you’ve held yourself back—and in this space, we gently begin to understand why. You’ll be guided through a powerful workshop and hypnotherapy experience that helps you uncover and release subconscious patterns rooted in fear, suppression, and self-doubt.
